Drive Medical Returns Policy
Defective products are always replaced free of charge.
Purchases of Drive Medical products may be returned within 30 days of the original order date if the item is unused and in brand new condition. A 20% restocking fee always applies. It is the customers responsibility to return the item at their expense. Product must be returned in the condition it was shipped, unused and in the original packaging. Do not write on the original packaging
Drive Power Products, if new and unused may be returned within 30 days of the original order date. A 25% restocking fee applies to power products, as well as original freight costs. Customer is responsible for proper packaging to insure no damage during return shipment.
If you need to return a Drive Medical product, please call customer service at 800-413-3302 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please do not return products without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Used hygiene equipment is never returnable. The presence of any foreign matter, including but not limited to human hair, dirt, waste, etc. deems the product non-returnable. Returned used hygiene products will be disposed of and no refund will be offered.
