The minimum rental period is 7 days. By checking the Accept Agreement box above, you are stating that you have read, understand and agree to all terms as presented in the O2 Rental Agreement. Failure to read the agreement does not preclude the renter from the responsibilities set forth in the agreement.

Please Note:  The EverGo is intended for prescription use by patients requiring oxygen on a supplemental basis.  It may be considered for continuous use in home, institutional, and mobile/travel environments.  EverGo may not be for all oxygen therapy needs.  You should see your doctor to determine if it is right for you.
