Shipping Policy

At CareProdx.com we are acutely aware that most of our products are needed by our customers as quickly as possible.

Most items ship within 3 business days beginning with the day after the order is placed.  For example an order placed on Monday will usually ship no later than Thursday.  In most instances we ship our items in two business days, in this example they would ship by Wednesday.

Free shipping applies to orders in the 48 adjacent U.S. states and is based on ground shipping.  We offer no free air shipping.  We reserve the right to decline any order with incorrect shipping charges and will then refund any payments immediately.

PVC shower chairs are made to order and typically ship in 5 to 6 business days.

Handicap showers and shower pans are custom order items and are made to order.  They usually ship in 6 to 7 business days.  Since showers and shower pans are custom orders, they cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of order placement.

Handicap door openers are also made to order and can take up to 12 business days to ship.  We encourage you to contact customer service at 800-413-3302 to obtain current door opener shipping times.

It is our policy to notify our customers via email of shipping delays whenever possible.

From time to time our vendors do not inform us of backorders or delayed shipping issues.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.  Most unshipped orders, with the specific exceptions of handicap showers, shower pans, custom pvc products or other customer orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, our standard Return Policy becomes immediately effective.
