Serves The Purpose
could be better but We have been using this item since 2002, and it serves the purpose it is intended to. I would like to see it be a soft thick closed cell rubbery material in this style. Its expensive for such a flimsy piece of I think a polyurethane type material. CareProdx had the best price for a replacement back pad out there and for that I am grateful because its needed, the back of the chair is a hard plastic.
