The warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as casters and fabrics which are subject to normal wear and replacement and are warranted for two years. "No-rust" caster are guaranteed to never rust.

Chair and customer service
The shower chair works out just fine. The customer service is good also. Had one minor problem but was resolved. I would recommend this company. Very helpful to your needs.
