Because many items we sell are classified as Healthcare items, our returns policy can be somewhat complex.  This is to protect you, the consumer, from being sold any item that is not in the best condition possible.   

Please also note that return requests must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery.  After that date, returns will not be accepted.

Please do not return products without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. 

Note that many custom order items, including showers, shower pans, pvc shower chairs and any other custom ordered items may not be returnable. Shower, Shower Pan and Door Opener orders cannot be canceled once we have placed the order with the factory.  This means the order is in production at the factory and cannot be stopped. Payment is collected for these items at the time of the order, which can be several days before shipping. 

Restocking fees of 20% will be applied for all returns. Additional fees may apply to PVC Shower Chairs, Roll-In Showers, Shower Pans, Best Bath Brand Shower Accessories, Door Openers, Door Opener Accessories or any item classified as a hygiene item under state or federal law. Return authorization for those items are issued by the products manufacturers at their discretion. Listing of products that may incur additional return fees does not in any way infer that any non-returnable product can be returned. does not issue return authorization numbers for any item classified as a hygiene item under federal regulations. All applicable fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.  Original shipping cost will be deducted on free shipping items to cover original shipping costs.

Defective items will be replaced at no expense to the customer.  Defective fiberglas showers and shower pans can be repaired on site and we reserve the right to repair said items to your satisfaction.  Full warranties apply to items repaired in the field by a CareProdx representative.

Refunds generally take approximately 21 business days to process, once the item has been received at the designated return address with its return authorization number attached.  

If the item is determined to be used or damaged the refund may be denied.  We do not sell open box or used hygiene items and consequently do not accept returns on any open box hygiene product. 

 The correct return shipping address is dependent on the manufacturer of the item you purchased and will be provided with the manufacturer's Return Merchandise Authorization Number once your request has been processed.  Items returned to our offices in Fishers, Indiana will not be accepted or refunded. 

Special Door Opener Return Policy:   The door openers we sell, when installed properly for their intended use by a skilled craftsman, will be relatively trouble free and will operate properly for that intended use.
