Buttons, Remotes & Bollards Returns Policy
All bollards and door operator buttons may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. The product may not be used or have been installed and removed. Our manufacturers charge a 25% restocking fee on this type of equipment. Original shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.
If you need to return a post, bollard or button style product, please call customer service at 800-413-3302 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please do not return products without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
