ETAC/Molift Return Policy

ETAC and Molift products are non-returnable.

Orders may be cancelled anytime up to the day the product ships.  Once a product has shipped, the purchaser agrees to accept delivery.  ETAC and Molift Products are never returnable for a variety of reasons from cost of shipping to hygiene issues.  By selecting the non-returnable box prior to placing the item in the cart, you are stating that you understand and are agreeing to this policy.

Products that arrive damaged or incomplete will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CareProdx.  It is out intention to make every effort to assure your satisfaction and the full functional ability of the products you purchase.
